Lifetime license

A "lifetime" license grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use MD View on personal computers you own, for as long as the application exists and continues to function. You receive every future update to the major version line under that license. There is no annual renewal, no per-device cap, and no telemetry checking.

Acceptable use

Don't redistribute the installer or share license keys. Don't reverse-engineer the licensing layer. Don't use MD View to host or serve content that violates applicable law.

30-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Refund policy.

Liability

The software is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author's liability for any claim arising from use of MD View is capped at the amount you paid for the license.

Governing law

Disputes are governed by the laws of the author's jurisdiction (currently: Czech Republic).
